Parking
I’ve always found free parking on E137th next to the Gasolina station on 3rd Avenue.
You might find free parking outside the front door on Lincoln Avenue or paid on our side of Bruckner Boulevard, or free parking on the other side, I wouldn’t hold my breath though.
The best area to check is E137th, E136th, Rider Avenue, Canal Place and Canal Street West which all have free parking, just check for alternate side parking times.
At worst this area a 7-minute walk from the studio.
Potentially for a couple of hours in the McDonalds car park around the corner.

Find these landmarks, and you’ll find us.
You’ve probably seen the iHeartRadio sign from the FDR many times but perhaps, little did you know that Mott Haven is a quiet little haven for all those that live and work here. Nestled in the shadow of the sign you’ll find cute cafe’s, delicious lunch and dinner restaurants, book and apparel shops.
