What Information is being collected?

During your initial enquiry, I normally collect your name, email address, telephone number and any other relevant details to allow me to book your shoot.

Who is collecting it?

It’s me and my team, and no one else.

How is it being collected?

If you make an enquiry via my enquiry or say hello form, email or telephone you may wonder what happens to those details. The form is linked to my studio Management software or CRM system called Sprout Studio. This software helps me track enquires send contracts and invoices and basically helps my business run smoothly. Sprout Studio are a Canadian based company and are fully GDPR compliant. If you enquire via telephone or email you details will go straight into Sprout Studio as above. I will respond to your enquiry via email with the relevant information that you requested. Your details will go on my database and I will follow up with you as needed. You might wish to sign up to special offers and model calls via my newsletter, in which case your details are stored in Mail Chimp and within Sprout Studio. There is an easy unsubscribe on all Newsletters. I do not spam you and I limit the number of emails to at most 12 per year.

Why is it being collected and how will it be used?

 Your data is collected simply so I can respond to your enquiry.

Who will it be shared with?

Your privacy is just as important to me as my own privacy is. I do not share your information with any third parties.

Payments

If you make a purchase from this website or via a payment link that I send you, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided by you directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. The source of this data is from our analytics tracking system. Sensitive Data We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data, so when you submit your details you will be asked to confirm your consent to this processing. Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time. We may collect data about you by you providing the data directly to us (for example by filling in forms on our site or by sending us emails). Our lawful ground of processing your personal data to send you marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interests (namely to grow our business). Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if (i) you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services or (ii) you agreed to receive marketing communications and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since. We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:

We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorisation. We also allow access to your personal data only to those employees and partners who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they must keep it confidential. We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.

8).  DATA RETENTION 

We will only retain your personal data, such as name, email, phone number, for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When deciding what the correct time is to keep the data for we look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and legal requirements. For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you. As far as images are concerned we will aim archive images for up to the full length of the statutory copyright period [©] or longer, in order that we may be able to prove legal authorship and copyright.
